By accessing and using AQ Portal (“the Service”), operated by Abdul Khan (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AQ Portal is an invite-only client workspace platform that facilitates project collaboration between clients and our team. The Service includes project dashboards, messaging, file sharing, and requirements gathering tools.

All content, design, and code of the Service remain the intellectual property of Abdul Khan unless otherwise agreed in a separate project agreement. Content you upload remains your property, but you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of delivering your project.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service. By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to share that content and that it does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
