AQ Portal is your private project workspace — a dedicated space where we collaborate to bring your project to life. From gathering requirements to sharing files and feedback, everything happens in one place.
When your project begins, you’ll receive an email invitation with a secure sign-in link. Click the link, and you’re in — no passwords to remember.
Once signed in, you’ll land on your project dashboard where everything is organised and ready for you.
Your project dashboard has everything you need in one view:
A guided list of items we need from you — things like brand details, content, preferences, and requirements. Work through them at your own pace. You can skip items you’re unsure about and come back later.
Chat directly with our team. Ask questions, share ideas, or give feedback — all within your project workspace. Every conversation stays tied to your project so nothing gets lost.
Upload logos, photos, documents, or any files relevant to your project. Each upload includes a description field so we always know what it’s for.
View and download any documents we share with you — proposals, drafts, deliverables, and more.

Your workspace is private and accessible only to you and our team. We use secure, passwordless sign-in links — no credentials to manage or remember. All data is encrypted and stored securely.
