We use the information we collect to:

- Facilitate project collaboration between you and our team.

- Improve the Service and user experience.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or sell it to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit.
- File uploads are stored in Supabase Storage with access controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
- Authentication is handled via secure magic links — we do not store passwords.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — hosting and deployment.
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery (magic links, notifications).
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your project data (messages, files, checklist responses) is shared only with:
- Our project team (Abdul Khan and authorised team members) for the purpose of delivering your project.
- AI assistants used within our workflow to facilitate project management and communication.

We retain your data for as long as your project is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
